Who it is for

Owners and small teams who run their business from Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.

  • Your work lands in Gmail

Enquiries, orders, support and review alerts all arrive by email. Claude sorts them and drafts the replies.

  • Follow-ups slip

Unpaid invoices and tomorrow's appointments get a reminder drafted on schedule, without you remembering.

  • You want the final say

Nothing goes out in your name until you have read it. Every automation stops at a draft.

It is not for you if you want messages sent with no one checking them, or if your business does not use Google's apps. You need a paid Claude plan.

How delivery works

  1. Pay securely

Checkout is secure and handles any sales tax or VAT. You get a receipt by email.

  2. Download straight away

The download opens as soon as your payment goes through. One ZIP holds the PDF guide, the 10 skills, ready-made skill ZIPs, the setup prompts and the diagrams.

  3. Set up one at a time

Pick one automation and follow its setup card. You need a paid Claude plan, the Claude desktop app, and Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive connected, as each card says.

Questions

What do I need?

A Claude account on a paid plan, the Claude desktop app for Cowork, and the Google apps each automation uses (Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Drive), connected in Claude. Skills also need code execution switched on in Claude's settings. The guide shows where.

Which Claude plan do I need?

Scheduled tasks need a paid Claude plan. When we wrote the guide, that meant Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Anthropic sets and changes its plans, so check its current plan page before you buy.

Will it send anything without me?

No. Every automation saves Gmail drafts, a Google Doc, or text for you to paste. None of them sends, posts or replies by itself. You read each draft, then send it yourself.

Do I need to be technical?

No coding. You fill in a short settings section, upload a skill and paste a prompt. Each setup card walks you through it, with a safe test first. Plan on about 20 minutes per automation the first time.

Is there an Arabic version?

Yes. The Arabic edition is a separate product, with Arabic skills, prompts and guide.

How do I get the files?

It is an instant download. The download opens as soon as payment goes through, and a receipt lands in your email.

What if it is not right for me?

Ask within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy, or email [email protected].
