These terms apply when you use davejo.com or buy a DaveJo product. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

DaveJo ("DaveJo", "we", "us") is an independent digital products brand. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Our reseller: Creem is the merchant of record

Our orders are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. That means Creem is the seller of record for your purchase. Creem takes your payment, issues your receipt or invoice, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, and handles payment-related matters such as refunds and chargebacks.

When you buy, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms. If these terms and Creem's Buyer Terms disagree about payment, tax, or the purchase contract itself, Creem's Buyer Terms apply. DaveJo remains responsible for the product itself and for customer support.

3. Our products

DaveJo sells digital products such as guides, templates, prompts and configuration files. Each product page describes what is included. Products are delivered as digital downloads after payment. We do not ship physical goods.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Depending on where you live, Creem may add sales tax or VAT at checkout. The price you pay is the one confirmed on the Creem checkout page.

5. Your licence to use the products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and for one business that you own or work for. You may adapt, edit and use the templates, prompts and skills within that business.

You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or give away the product or substantial parts of it, whether changed or unchanged, or present it as your own product. If you want to use a product across several businesses or for clients, email us first.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued by Creem as the merchant of record.

7. Third-party tools

Our products are designed to be used with tools made by other companies, such as Claude by Anthropic, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, n8n and Make. DaveJo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Those tools have their own terms, prices and features, which they may change at any time. You are responsible for having the accounts and plans you need and for following those companies' terms.

8. AI output and your responsibility

AI tools can produce text that is wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Our products help you use these tools, but you are responsible for reviewing anything they produce before you rely on it, send it or publish it. Our products are general information and templates. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

9. Warranty and liability

We make our products carefully and describe them honestly, but we provide them "as is" and do not promise any particular business result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website and of our products belongs to DaveJo or is used with permission, apart from the licence in section 5. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Other product names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

11. Acceptable use of the website

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, access it by automated means that put a heavy load on it, or use it for anything unlawful.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought a product continue to apply to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.
