Do I need to be technical?

No. The guide assumes no technical background and explains each step.

Which Claude plan do I need?

You can start on free Claude: the business profile, your business Project, the house rules, the 5 custom skills and connectors such as Gmail all work there. The Small Business plugin, which most of the same-day plan uses, needs a paid plan (Pro or higher). Anthropic changes its plans, so check claude.com/pricing.

Will it send anything without me?

No. Every automation saves Gmail drafts, a Google Doc, or text for you to paste. None of them sends, posts or replies by itself. You read each draft, then send it yourself.

Will Claude get everything right?

No AI tool does. The kit is built around Claude drafting and you reviewing before anything is sent. It is not legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

How do I get the files?
