Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for DaveJo digital products bought on davejo.com.

1. Our refund policy

If a DaveJo product is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order email, or use the customer portal linked in your Creem receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem.

2. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Include your order reference from your Creem receipt (a reason is optional). We reply within 3 business days.

3. Who issues the refund

Our orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. When a refund is approved, Creem issues it to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

If you cannot reach us or we have not resolved your request, you can contact Creem directly through the customer portal linked in your receipt or at [email protected]. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

4. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law, for example if a product is faulty or not as described.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. This is explained in Creem's Buyer Terms. Our 14-day refund above still applies either way.
